Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Play Management. To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we have established the following terms and conditions. By making a reservation and checking in to our hotel, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Arrival and Departure
Check-In: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Guests arriving earlier may be accommodated based on availability; however, an additional surcharge will apply for early check-in.
Check-Out: Check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out requests will be subject to availability and may incur an additional surcharge. Failure to check out by the specified time may result in extra charges.
2. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded in cash upon check-out, after deducting any outstanding charges for incidentals or damages.
3. Tourism Tax
A tourism tax of RM10 per room per night (cash only) is applicable to all non-Malaysian guests. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card (IC) or valid Permanent Residents (PR) card are exempt from this tax. Please present appropriate identification upon check-in to verify exemption eligibility.
4. No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas of the hotel. Guests are requested to use designated smoking areas, if available. Violation of this policy will result in a cleaning fee being charged to the guest’s account.
5. No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on hotel premises. This policy is in place to maintain a clean, safe, and allergen-free environment for all guests. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately and may incur additional charges.
6. No Durians or Mangosteens Allowed
Due to their strong smell, durians and mangosteens are not allowed within the hotel. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests. Any violation of this policy may result in a cleaning fee.
7. Valuables
The hotel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are advised to use the safety deposit boxes provided in their rooms or at the front desk to secure their valuables.
8. Hazardous Goods
It is strictly prohibited to bring or store goods of a combustible, hazardous, or prohibited nature within the hotel premises. This includes, but is not limited to, explosives, flammable materials, and any items of an objectionable nature. Guests found violating this policy will be asked to remove the items immediately and may face legal consequences.
9. No Refund Policy
All payments made for bookings are non-refundable. Guests are encouraged to carefully consider their reservation details before making a payment. Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or early departures.
10. Compliance with Hotel Rules
Guests are expected to comply with all hotel rules and regulations during their stay. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in the guest being asked to leave the hotel without a refund. The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action for any damages or losses incurred as a result of non-compliance.
