These activities may seem simple at first glance, but each one was thoughtfully designed to challenge participants in different ways. Let’s take a look back at some of the sessions we’ve conducted:
Paper Plane Challenge
Participants were challenged to see whose paper plane could fly the furthest. What made it interesting was the approach. Teams quickly shifted into research and experimentation mode, testing different folds, shapes, and techniques. No two planes were the same, and each design reflected the team’s creativity and problem-solving process.
Beyond the fun, this activity highlighted how small adjustments and shared ideas can lead to better results.
Head-to-Head Cup Collection
It became a test of quick thinking and coordination, as teams had to constantly adapt their strategy while keeping up with the pace. The pressure pushed participants to communicate clearly and act decisively.
Headband Hoop
Balance, focus, and trust came together in this unique challenge. Participants were required to balance a water-filled balloon on their head while completing the task. With the balloon sitting at their center of gravity, even the slightest misstep could throw things off.
This activity emphasized trust and reliance on teammates, as participants guided and supported one another through the challenge.
Looking back, these activities remind us that impactful team building doesn’t always require complex setups. Sometimes, the simplest games create the most meaningful interactions. Whether through high-energy sessions or lighthearted challenges like these.
