As part of our commitment to transparency and effective communication, we have implemented the following no refund policy. We kindly ask you to read this policy carefully before making a reservation.
Reservation Confirmation: Upon making a reservation with Play Management, the booking is deemed confirmed. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stipulated in this no refund policy.
Non-Refundable Bookings: All reservations made through our website are non-refundable. Once a reservation is completed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.
Payment Terms:
Deposit: A deposit equivalent to [50%] of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon 2 days before check-in or as specified in your booking confirmation.

Force Majeure: Play Management shall not be held liable for any failure to provide accommodations or other services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, or any other events that disrupt normal hotel operations. In such instances, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the reserved date without prior notice), the full deposit will be retained, and no refunds will be issued.
Incidentals and Damages: Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay, including but not limited to room service, minibar usage, or damages to the property. These charges will be billed to the credit card on file. Any damages caused by guests will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Discretionary Refunds: While this policy states that no refunds will be issued, Play Management reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion.
